Refund Policy

Every Hand-Drawn Memory is a unique, one-of-a-kind piece of custom artwork, created specifically for you. Because of the personal and labor-intensive nature of our work, our refund policy is designed to be fair to both the customer and the artist.

 

Down Payments

 

To begin work on your custom drawing, we require a non-refundable down payment. This payment secures your place in our commission schedule and compensates the artist, George, for the time and materials used during the initial stages of the creative process.

Please note: The down payment is non-refundable. If an order is canceled by the customer after work has begun, the down payment will not be returned.

 

Final Sale

 

All custom drawings are considered a final sale. Once we present you with a watermarked proof of the finished artwork and you approve it, we will process your final payment. At this point, the sale is final, and no refunds will be issued. Your approval signifies your satisfaction with the completed drawing.

 

Damaged Shipments

 

We take great care in packaging your artwork to ensure it arrives safely. However, in the rare event that your drawing is damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately at info@handdrawnmemories.com within 48 hours of delivery.

We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include filing a claim with the shipping carrier and creating a replacement drawing.
