Hand-Drawn Memories is dedicated to ensuring your custom artwork arrives in perfect condition. We take great care in packaging each piece to protect it from damage during transit.

Packaging

Each drawing is a one-of-a-kind original and requires special protection. Your artwork will be sealed in an archival, acid-free bag to protect it from moisture and smudging. It will then be placed between two pieces of rigid backing to create a sturdy "sandwich" that prevents bending or creasing. This entire package is then secured within a rigid, flat mailer.

Shipping Methods & Costs

  • We primarily use [Carrier Name(s), e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx] for shipping.

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the final package size, weight, and your destination.

  • All orders are shipped with a tracking number, which will be provided to you via email once your order has shipped.

Processing & Shipping Times

  • Processing Time: Please note that processing time is the period required to create your custom drawing. This can range from [e.g., 2-4 weeks] from the time of your order confirmation. You will be provided with an estimated completion date when you place your order.

  • Shipping Time: Once your artwork is completed, approved, and shipped, delivery times typically range from [e.g., 3-7 business days] for domestic orders. International shipping times will vary.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs, or other factors outside of our control.

Damaged Shipments

  • In the unfortunate event that your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@handdrawnmemories.com within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Please provide clear photographs of the damaged packaging and the artwork itself. This documentation is essential for filing a claim with the shipping carrier.

  • We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include filing a claim and creating a replacement drawing.

International Shipping

 

  • International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes, or other charges imposed by their country of residence. These fees are not included in the shipping cost at checkout.
